After reading about TBT, if you would like to discuss our membership options please talk with our Membership Coordinator.
Using a fillable PDF:
- Click on the form and download it to your device.
- Save the downloaded form to your computer, adding your name to the title of the form.
- Reopen the form and provide the necessary information.
- Save it and send via email to the Membership Coordinator and Treasurer.
- If additional Religious School pages are needed for more than one child, follow the same procedure using the Religious School Application fillable PDF.
